Carmen Ciciriello is the vehicle by which corporations throughout Europe voice their requirements on industry and regulatory initiatives across the e-Business ecosystem.
Carmen has developed strong relationships with regulators, service providers, industry associations and financial institutions so that she can monitor e-Business initiatives, assess the impact for corporates, influence decisions to support their requirements and inform corporates so that they can position themselves for efficient growth as a result of these changes.

Carmen has experience in business planning, strategic development and derivatives trading. As a consultant, she has assisted a wide variety of companies from financial services to industrial manufacturing. She is called upon by European governments and local authorities for strategic planning and long-term initiatives closely related to e-Business.

Mairi Hayworth

Mairi Hayworth has been a key driver of e-business solutions in a twenty-five year career managing transaction processing centres primarily in the distribution finance business. Her cross-industry experience with four large multi-national corporations spans numerous countries and includes e-business collaborations with all sizes of manufacturers, distributors, resellers, banks, and solution providers. Mairi has held senior management roles in operations, finance, and information technology.

As a ten year member of the European e-Commerce Standards Board, Mairi has been a driving force in support of cross-industry standards, data quality improvement and, harmonisation of e-Business legislation. She has also worked for an SME and clearly understands the difficulties faced by small companies in adopting and supporting e-Business technologies.

Mairi is currently the managing director of the ESG Solutions Centre – an SME startup focusing primarily on improving data quality and adoption of global standards in sustainability reporting.

Marco Tonelli

Marco Tonelli has extensive experience in trading derivatives and unparalleled understanding of economics and financial markets. He combines several years of experience in trading equities, commodities, bond derivatives for different proprietary desks and hedge funds with a unique insights in macroeconomics, technical analysis and geopolitical trend-spotting.

Marco has primary responsibility for the development, coordination, and production of economic and financial analysis for EBL.
