First public and private PEPPOL nodes up and running in Italy
Intercent-ER, the regional agency for the electronic markets development of Italy’s region Emilia-Romagna, and Gruppo Tesi, a leading Italian service provider and system integrator, have completed their efforts to establish the first two Access Points (APs) and Service Metadata Publishers (SMPs) in Italy, promoting their adoption during the production pilot phase. “I am pleased to see the establishment of both a public and a private PEPPOL node in Italy. Cyber-Identity: Unique identification systems for organisations and parts thereof (Draft version 1.8) CEN/ISSS Workshop on Cyber Identity The document gives guidance on unique identification systems. It covers organisational and operational rules and processes to enable interoperability across multiple organisation identification schemes. It comprehends an analysis of existing systems and proposes recommendations on how to achieve interoperability among them by using meta-identification systems. The focus is on unique identification systems used in Europe taking into account relevant international standardisation developments and on the usage of unique identifiers in open systems and user groups.
